1. The first inspection: use the calliper and tensile hardness testing equipment to test the raw materials

• The fifth inspection: use manual spot check to carry out 100% sampling inspection on the products

• The sixth inspection: the assembly line inspection on the appearance of each product, to confirm whether there is any defect, and on the product anti-rust oil for metal parts.

• The seventh inspection: the assembly line inspection on the appearance of each product, to confirm whether there is any defect, and have the product Surface treatment for plastic parts.

• The eighth inspection: last inspection 100% process on the appearance of each product, to confirm again whether there is any defect before shipment.
